Took a laptop to be repaired and was initially said to be 180$. After a week and a half we call and now it shoots up to 400$ for a hinge that we never asked to be repaired and wasn’t even broken! We went and got the laptop back, and now the screen is black and won’t turn on. The A key on the keyboard was also missing.

I took my gaming laptop to them for a blue screen and a complete hard drive wipe with a service. They did phenomenal work on fixing the problem and doing maintenance on the pc replacing the cpu thermal paste and cleaning all of the internals. I will definitely be using them for my regular maintenance and repairs in the future. Their turn around is very fast and they don’t break the bank for what you need done.

Took my Nintendo switch oled here to get repaired my right joy con was not syncing and they were able to promptly order the side rail replacement where the joy cons slide into and then completely repaired the issue! The repair was a little more affordable compared to if I shipped it to Nintendo for repair, so I’m glad I came here instead! 10/10 recommend

I honestly thought I had lost all my data but they were able to recover everything and replace my hard drive with a digital drive. What I really liked is that they called me on several occasions to let me know what was going on with my computer, what could possibly happen by doing the repairs by giving me different scenarios and what the cost would be. Would highly recommend them for electronic repairs.

I came in on 17Oct (Thursday) and was assisted by Isai. Long story short, I was expecting to pay for a new screen as my HP laptop would flicker every time I moved the mouse. This had been going on for months. I brought in my computer and Isai fixed it in less than 5 minutes- made it look so easy. Really appreciate the assistance, he was great! I’m telling you there was no answer to the blue screens I had on any help website or YouTube. I took apart and reinstalled every component and formatted all drives and was losing my sanity. Jose had it figured out and my computer is finally back in action for only 100 bucks. I will be trusting these guys with every piece of equipment I have trouble with for now on. 5/5 stars!

He was fluent in his field, respectful, professional, and I could tell this store and their ideals really put the customers first. The computer I brought in was taken care of to the best degree and the technician was able to diagnose several problems. He was able to fix my PC in a timely manner and my PC looked brand new. If you have issues with your electronics, especially computers this is definitely the place to go!

They did a great job resurrecting my wife's computer. They also checked the overall build and cleaned the case and dusty components. The price for labor and parts was reasonable and they didn't try to sell me on upgrades or unnecessary replacement parts. Like an honest mechanic, they will have my repeat business. Highly recommended.
